In March and April, the second cycle of lectures within the EARSMUS + Jean Monnet project entitled “Modern techniques to ensure environmental sustainability in Eastern Europe – MEET” will start.

Modul B

Climate Change and its impact on human and natural systems (bachelor level)


Modul D

08. March 2022 – 09. April 2022

Sustainable soil and water management (PhD level)


Modul E

12. April 2022 – 14. May 2022

Drought in a changing environment (all levels)


The modules are intended for undergraduate, master’s or doctoral students, the general public, including NGOs, the public administration sector, as well as private organizations involved in sustainable agriculture and water and soil management in agriculture in Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries.

Teaching activities will be conducted in the form of a standard university curriculum in local languages (BSH) in an online format (moodle platform), mostly in the form of video lectures but also direct contact activities. The lecturers come from the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek (Croatia), the Teagasc Institute (Ireland), the University of Niš (Serbia) and the University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Participation in the modules is completely FREE, participants receive teaching materials, and after their successful completion, a certificate of completion of the module!

As of today, a competition for applications has been opened on the project website (https://meet.motherlandia.org/). You apply by clicking on the “sign up” button located on the pages of the module you want to apply. You can apply until March 1, 2022.

Teaching activities for module D start on March 8, and modules B and E on April 12, 2022.
